Wonderful Dead Sea Experience

I found the staff amazing. They guided me through the floating experience in the Dead Sea. Beach lifeguards helped keep track of time and assisted with photos. I appreciated the hotel caring for animals by providing food and shelter for cats, birds, and ducks.
The shower over the bath needs some drainage attention as it leaves you standing in water.

The resort has numerous swimming pools, including one for adults only and others heated for year-round swimming. A golf cart service provides transport between the hotel and the Dead Sea. The spa offers excellent facilities.

The hotel offered beautiful surroundings and peaceful landscapes throughout the premises. I had direct access to a private spot to swim in the Dead Sea. It provided a unique and convenient experience (i enjoyed it a lot!).

The staff contacted us via whatsapp before arrival, i found it helpful. check-in with ms. rawan fakhouri was seamless. She upgraded us to a wadi room with a dead sea view. the beach lifeguards helped with the mud baths. the hotel is expansive, beautifully maintained, and great location on the dead sea.
the resort felt a little outdated. i found that the restaurants were not that great. there were many mosquitos in my room. i also found one cockroach in the bathroom. i think the rooms should be renewed.

The staff was attentive. Yazan created nice sand art for our anniversary and delivered it to our room. ala' showaiat provided fresh ginger mint for my tea. the spa had very nice amenities. The hydro pool and dead sea pool were relaxing. the lifeguards at the beach helped with mud application and photography.
The beautiful rooms are somewhat aged. I noticed the showers had some mildew, and the air vents looked dusty.
