I had an overall enjoyable experience at the resort, with beautiful views of the Dead Sea and a vibrant atmosphere. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness in my room, as some areas were not up to standard. The dining options were fantastic at times, but there were moments where the food quality could have been better, particularly during peak hours. The staff members were a mix; some were very helpful while others did not provide the level of service expected from a resort.
